Robert Frank recently defended a nurse practitioner whose license was in jeopardy. The California Nursing Board complaint alleged her conduct resulted in a delay in diagnosing endometrial cancer. Due to their efforts in submitting written and testimonial evidence to challenge the allegations of negligence and medical causation, the Nursing Board dismissed its complaint without any action being taken against the Nurse Practitioner's license.
