On July 16, 2018, Robert W. Frank obtained a defense verdict in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of two dental practitioners. The case involved allegations of dental malpractice during restoration of numerous teeth with crowns, bridges and eradicating dental decay. The plaintiff had been previously criminally assaulted in a separate incident and had qualified for Victims of Crime relief funds, to pay for the dental procedures.
Judgment for the Defendant dentists on motion for nonsuit was granted.
