The firm's greatest assets are our attorneys and other professionals who work hard to deliver excellent representation to our clients.  Our lawyers located are throughout Southern California to help serve our clients efficiently and effectively. Our four offices are located in downtown San Diego, Carlsbad, Indian Wells and Temecula Valley. 

At Neil Dymott, our lawyers are recognized for their exceptional skill and talent. We continue to receive the highest rating for professional excellence, skill and integrity from Martindale-Hubbell, the recognized source for information concerning the legal profession. We are also proud to have five of the firm partners as members of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) which limits eligibility to lawyers with extensive jury trial experience and who are of high personal character and reputation.  

Members of the firm have distinguished themselves as leaders of the civil bar on local, state and national levels. In addition, Neil Dymott attorneys frequently serve as arbitrators, mediators and judges’ pro tem.  Over the years, the firm has been honored to have several of our members appointed to both federal and state judgeships. We encourage our attorneys  to pursue leadership and member positions in organizations such as professional and community associations, bar organizations, alumni groups, and state and federal programs.
