Neil Dymott Named "Go-To Firm for Leading Technology Companies"

Neil, Dymott, Frank, McFall & Trexler APLC was recently named a “Go-To Law Firm® for Leading Technology Companies” in the area of Intellectual Property. "Go-To Law Firms®" were identified through research conducted by American Lawyer Media (ALM). Researchers asked in-house counsel at the leading Fortune 500 technology companies throughout the country, which outside law firms they turn for assistance in technology matters. ALM's research department also gathered data from various public records resources including court dockets and securities filings, as well as legal and business publications, including The American Lawyer®.

The “Go-To Law Firms®” results for Leading Technology Companies are featured in ALM’s new guide – In-House Law Departments at the Leading Technology Companies. This is a new publication that ALM's Corporate Counsel® has created this year as a direct result of the success of the In-House Law Departments Top 500 Companies and In-House Law Departments at the Leading Financial Services Companies guides. The guide includes detailed profiles and contact information for general counsel at these corporations, as well as listings of their current outside “Go-To Law Firms®” in various practice areas, including litigation, securities, transactions, compliance and intellectual property. The guide will be distributed to over 10,000 in-house counsels, including Fortune 1000 General Counsel as well as those general and corporate counsels who subscribe to Corporate Counsel® magazine.
