Rachel Fisher joined Neil Dymott as an associate in 2017. Ms. Fisher’s practice areas include general civil litigation and the defense of general and professional liability and medical malpractice matters. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and on the 2019 Board of Directors for San Diego Defense Lawyers. Ms. Fisher is admitted to practice in the State of California.
Ms. Fisher attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor. While attending law school, Ms. Fisher worked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California, were she worked on qui tam matters. She also worked as a clerk in a San Diego law firm handling employment law matters and at the Small Business Law Center at Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she performed research and assisted non-profits with tax related issues.
Prior to joining Neil Dymott, Ms. Fisher worked as an analyst for a market research firm. Ms. Fisher is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. She attended the University of Utah, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
