Successful Defense in Administrative Appeal in School Athletics - October 2010
Shareholder Constantine D. Buzunis successfully defended an administrative appeal involving John Doe, a Minor vs. The California Interscholastic Federation-San Diego Section as result of an alleged athletically motivated transfer from one high school to another in a different school district in violation of the CIF Rules and Bylaws. The hearing was held on October 14, 2010, at the San Diego County Office of Education. The decision on the matter was issued on October 28, 2010.
