Recent Success

This month, a San Diego Superior Court judge finally ended a case after nearly two years of litigation. The plaintiff filed suit against some twenty physicians and various hospital employees for injuries arising from the removal of four organs. Attorneys Hugh A. McCabe, David P. Hall and M. Todd Ratay represented a physician listed as one of plaintiff's treaters. Neil Dymott attorneys were able to prove the doctor's name was mistakenly included on the medical record and in actuality, the doctor never treated the plaintiff. As a result, the Court found no triable issue of fact existed and dismissed the case against the doctor in its entirety.
