San Diego Daily Transcript Recognizes Neil Dymott's "2010 Young Attorneys"
On December 15, 2010, Neil Dymott associate Benjamin J. Howard was awarded the 2010 San Diego Daily Transcript "Young Attorneys" award for attorneys in practice 3-5 years. Nominations for the awards are selected by their peers to determine the best young attorneys in San Diego County for 2010.

Associates Benjamin Howard and Matthew Souther Elected to the Board
On January 30, 2010, Neil Dymott associates Benjamin Howard and Matthew Souther were sworn in as newly elected members of the 2010 Board of Directors of the San Diego Defense Lawyers. The SDDL Board of Directors is composed of a cross-section of the defense bar, representing a makeup of large and small defense firms. The Board members have many years of litigation experience in a wide range of fields.

Shareholder Sheila Trexler Recipient of the 2009 Defense Lawyer of the Year Award
On January 30, 2010, the San Diego Defense Lawyers held its 25th Annual Installation Dinner honoring their 2009 Defense Lawyer of the Year, Sheila Trexler. Each year the San Diego Defense Lawyers recognize a lawyer in the organization that has exemplified excellence and professionalism in the defense community for the Defense Lawyer of the Year award. In her remarks, Ms. Trexler thanked the Plaintiff's bar, her fellow shareholders, and men and women serving in the U.S. armed forces.
