Background
Andrew Chivinski was born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. He attended LaSalle University in Philadelphia, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Mr. Chivinski earned his law degree from California Western School of Law. While attending California Western, he served as a legal intern for the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office in the Gang Prosecution Unit.
Mr. Chivinski joined Neil Dymott as an associate in 2006. He is admitted to the California State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California. His practice areas include the defense of professional liability and medical malpractice matters.
Before joining Neil Dymott, Mr. Chivinski worked as a litigation associate where he assisted in case management of civil and business litigation matters.
