Background

Andrea Bayly was born in Washington, D.C.  She attended Bucknell University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Cum Laude.

Ms. Bayly attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., where she earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude.   While attending law school, she served as a staff member and associate editor of the Catholic University Law Review.  Ms. Bayly also worked as a Judicial Intern for the Circuit Court for Montgomery County for the Honorable Katherine D. Savage and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the Honorable John H. Bayly, Jr.

Ms. Bayly is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Defense Lawyers, the Irish American Bar Association of San Diego, and the Lawyers Club of San Diego.   She is also fluent in Spanish.
 
Ms. Bayly joined Neil Dymott as an associate in 2011.  Prior to joining Neil Dymott, she worked as a volunteer attorney for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program assisting clients in legal guardianship cases.  Her practice areas include general and professional liability and the defense of medical malpractice matters.
